Based in the US, Eschenbach Optik was started in 1983 and has some of the most technologically sound low vision aids including magnification devices for eye diseases and vision problems, in addition to high-quality optical products for quality control, inspection and other devices. Eschenbach Monoculars fall into two ranges namely Keplerian and Microlux. Some models are available with stand and some without stand. If we take a look at the key technical features of these monoculars, you will find that they make use of Keplerian lens and generally feature Achromatic Glass with multi-coating, maximum focal range of 10ft to infinity (refer to model: Microlux 6x18), maximum visual field of 12.5 degrees, vinyl case, Reading Caps, several range of Cap Diopters & display and brushed metal mount with rubber grip. The Eschenbach Monoculars can be used for intermediate, distance and near use. A few models have Porro design which reduces tremors effect on image. Some have a rectangular Keplerian construction for a panoramic field of view. You will also find models with durable exterior having dimpled coating Intermediate (rubberized).

Talking about the Microlux series, these monoculars are quite portable and easily fit into a purse or pocket. Some of the other advantages include a simple slide, one-handed focus mechanism, brilliant panoramic field of view and inclusion of a handy strap. The Microlux also expands for use when you squeeze the casing once and retracts into the protective case on squeezing it again, thereby preventing dust accumulation and scratches.
